Anime, Manga and Vocaloid Reviews, News, Updates

So I was bored and there was nothing new to watch and nothing to do in the internet and I just finished my homework and I am not sleepy and all!

That made me search around different anime streaming websites until I found a certain anime entitled "Sacred Seven" which fairly has a good plot on the description and I was enticed about this whole stone thing.

After the first episode, I found out that there are few things and scenes that are predictable enough and much more scenes are kinda boring and lack the luster that most of us is looking, but if you will follow only through the story, it is pretty much good.

The characters are drawn very similarly to those in Tiger & Bunny, including the highly saturated colors and smoothly sharp lines. Sunrise certainly knows how to build and release tension in action sequences, as I was absorbed in the battle all throughout the episode.

One of the letdowns of the anime is that, the maids on the series that are appearing quiet a few times are too serious! They hardly smile, and if they smiled, they were only shown with a little time frame! But I liked how they wield guns, heavy artillery, and high technology.  But if you stick them out in the otherwise normal surroundings of everyday people with regular clothes doing regular activities like visiting museums. Despite their unique appearances, no one in the actual cast looks at them oddly, or notices anything strange about them at all. I’m caught between wanting to be appalled and laugh at their strangeness, or ignoring them like everyone else seems to.

Opening Song / OP: “Stone Cold” by FictionJunction–Energetic music and a very audible bass beat makes this song pretty catchy, though the voice work itself is again, nothing special. The graphics are all overlaid with a rainbow gradient, which gives the characters and their actions a flashy feel. I love the beat of the song and how catchy the chorus! Definitely going to download it into my player and listen to it.

Ending Song / ED: “Kiseki” by Yuuka Nanri–The ending sequence is nice since it doesn’t dilly dally with a series of scenes and images, but instead just overlaps music with the end of the actual episode. Pretty much a little common so probably I'm going to skip it out few more times.
