Anime, Manga and Vocaloid Reviews, News, Updates

This is one of the most awaited anime this season of Summer 2014 that most people do and I do too! Why?

This is because of it's good, it's bloody and it's epic. I haven't read the manga yet, but when i saw the trailer on Youtube.com, I was enticed to it. I want to see more how the main character will be able to get along of him being half ghoul and half human on which, what he seek to nourish himself is to eat  a human body.

Now, let's get to the main topic of making this quick review about the anime.

Story -Definitely very interesting. I usually don't do much effort on watching anime that I might know what will happen later on the series and tell in the future, "I told you so" or something like that. There are things that I can't even give a comment on and I was absorbed to the story. The main character's misery is very well played and how the decision of staying human will be a good thing for him or is accepting that he is  a monster now will be a good one. So, We can see that he might accept it, but in some different form.

Sound - Let's all admit it, in a gory anime, we all want to hear the splatter sound right? Well, it was very well played too! The detail of the sound, as well as the background music fits well. There are no dull moment on the first episode.

Enjoyment - I did enjoy watching the first episode, and the first impression of it, back on the trailer lasted until the end of the episode. So, if you give me a hundred reason to stop watching it, I'll give you 101 reasons why I should continue watching it, enjoyment being the first reason.

Overall - yeah, I think I want to make a review of it every episode and I think it will be worth it.

Recommendation - Definitely Recommended! Even though it only started with it's First episode, I could say that it will be one hell of an epic anime. So I recommend everyone to watch it now and be thrilled with it each episode. I can almost feel it now.

Synopsis:

Coppelion takes place in the not-so-distant future as a catastrophic event has turned the old capital of Japan into a wasteland, forever changing the lives of its people. Decades later, three schoolgirls set foot into the now forsaken city. They are the Coppelion, genetically engineered humans created by the Japan Ground Self-Defense Forces to operate under the lethal conditions of the contaminated city. Trained since birth, the girls must use all of their skills and resources to carry out their one and only mission: to rescue those left behind.

Coppelion is one the anime that I have been waiting for since 2011, but since the tragedy that befall Japan on that year, it was moved and I had never heard a news about it, not until in the mid season of spring.   “Ibara, Aoi and Taeko are a breed of genetically engineered beings known as the Coppelion who embark on often dangerous missions to restore hope and rescue people from the forsaken city. Plenty of action and unique characters are in store as the girls slowly uncover the Old Capital’s dark secrets!”

After a few minutes of the episode I am already hooked to the story has already given me enough information to that makes want to come back for more. The three girls, Ibara, Aoi and Taeko, all come across as regular school girls who just happen to be able to survive in a radioactive surrounding, but I feel like there is much more to it. They also appear to have a thirst to help other that I am sure will be even more important as the series develops.

I also loved how a tint of blue was given to a detailed surrounding of the anime. This pretty much resembled the animation on "Project K" which of course they are produced by a same studio "GoHands"

The character's animation is well acted and it goes the same with the voice acting of the seiyuus   Hanazawa, Kana,   Akesaka, Satomi , Tomatsu, Haruka for Aoi, Teako and Naruse respectively.  They had teenage quirks, but they also had much more sides than that and knew how to balance them around. The narrative also rocks, and it built up to this really good climax there at the end. This could very easily become GoHands’ best work at this rate.

With this only being the first episode I have high hopes. The plot of the Coppelion appears to be solid and from what I have so far it should have plenty of depth to carry the series relatively far. The girls are created with enough normal characteristics to make them very assess-able and at the same time I know there must be something very special about them that we just haven’t seen yet. I am looking forward to discover more about this series.

So I was bored and there was nothing new to watch and nothing to do in the internet and I just finished my homework and I am not sleepy and all!

That made me search around different anime streaming websites until I found a certain anime entitled "Sacred Seven" which fairly has a good plot on the description and I was enticed about this whole stone thing.

After the first episode, I found out that there are few things and scenes that are predictable enough and much more scenes are kinda boring and lack the luster that most of us is looking, but if you will follow only through the story, it is pretty much good.

The characters are drawn very similarly to those in Tiger & Bunny, including the highly saturated colors and smoothly sharp lines. Sunrise certainly knows how to build and release tension in action sequences, as I was absorbed in the battle all throughout the episode.

One of the letdowns of the anime is that, the maids on the series that are appearing quiet a few times are too serious! They hardly smile, and if they smiled, they were only shown with a little time frame! But I liked how they wield guns, heavy artillery, and high technology.  But if you stick them out in the otherwise normal surroundings of everyday people with regular clothes doing regular activities like visiting museums. Despite their unique appearances, no one in the actual cast looks at them oddly, or notices anything strange about them at all. I’m caught between wanting to be appalled and laugh at their strangeness, or ignoring them like everyone else seems to.

Opening Song / OP: “Stone Cold” by FictionJunction–Energetic music and a very audible bass beat makes this song pretty catchy, though the voice work itself is again, nothing special. The graphics are all overlaid with a rainbow gradient, which gives the characters and their actions a flashy feel. I love the beat of the song and how catchy the chorus! Definitely going to download it into my player and listen to it.

Ending Song / ED: “Kiseki” by Yuuka Nanri–The ending sequence is nice since it doesn’t dilly dally with a series of scenes and images, but instead just overlaps music with the end of the actual episode. Pretty much a little common so probably I'm going to skip it out few more times.
